CFP has a longstanding tradition as propriety-owner also before the sale of Carl F in 2007. Throughout the long history of the company it was considered important to own the buildings from which business was run. Most of the properties were already in 1967 dispersed into a real estate company. Some of those properties are still owned by CFP and let to various companies. Besides business premises CFP has also invested in properties aiming at the private sector. Investments are made in older, properties worth preserving in attractive locations that upon renovation and or refurbishment are resold to people who appreciate quality and aesthetics. The company owns properties for let located on attractive addresses with both private apartments and business premises. The company owns properties in Copenhagen, Aarhus and throughout Denmark. |
